To find the details on a message make sure the cursor is on the message.
Use the context key, the one to the left of the right control key and just
tap the key. This open a list and you can arrow up once and you should hear
the properties said and hit enter on this. once in the properties route the
Jaws cursor to the PC cursor and read down from there. it is either the
second or third down arrow you will hear who the message is from and the
e-mail address. This is in outlook Express, so other programs might be
different, but give it a try. If you write to me directly then I will know
