You can get the email addresses in several ways, but I will tell you a
couple.
If you are using jfw, when reading an opened message bring up a list box of
links by using the command insert+F7.
You can also, when reading an opened message, add the name and email address
to your address book by doing the following, for instance while reading this
message, open the tools menu with alt+t,d,press enter key to add sender's
name and email address to your address book, which will place you
immediately into a properties dialogue box, which now requires you to tab
through the various fields such as: first name, middle name, last name,
nickname, display, and several other tabs until you get to a tab selection
of "send email using plain text" being sure at this point to press the
space bar in order to check this checkbox, then tab once more to the ok
field and press enter.
Your using Outlook Express should now have the desired name and address in
your address book.
