Hi:
You'll need to install jfw3.3 and select the braille lite 40 as the braille
display. Then, follow the instructions that come with the braille lite 18
driver available from blazie.com. It's a little tricky, but the directions
are on the money so ifyou follow them closely you should be ok. I use the
braille lite 18 on my laptop and it works fine, and they've done a good job
of assigning keyboard commands to the braille lite that make sense, so you
can use the braille lite keyboard as an input device for a laptop.
