arrow keys not working

Hello list:
In outlook express, the arrow keys does not work.  I believe that it is a
JFW issue because I also have another screen reader on my computer which
works fine in outlook express.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thought is action in rehearsal, think before acting!
