Hi Larry:  I think I'm right on this one.  In Outlook Express, there is no
actual PC or application cursor.  When JFW is reading the messages, I think
they're employing the invisible cursor, but I'm not sure.
I also use Window-Eyes 3.1, and as you may or may not know, Window-Eyes
approaches Express differently than does JFW.  They load the page into a
special buffer and have it so you can arrow through it as you would a page
in a word processor.
