Go into your Configuration Manager with <Insert6>, <AltS> and choose User
Options; tab to where it says "key repeat not checked" which it is by
default, and press spacebar to _check_ it. This may solve the arrows
problem, as it has done for me and others. (If you want, you can also make
this the default by going into the default file with <ControlShiftD> after
you go into the Explorer config, and carry out the procedure there.

: Hello list:
: In outlook express, the arrow keys does not work. I believe that it is a
: JFW issue because I also have another screen reader on my computer which
: works fine in outlook express. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
