Ryan,
If you could, let me know how you installed. In other words, did you go
through its regular install procedure? Go to outbox. Hit enter on outbox,
choose file (there are two tabs, file and help, pick file). Uncheck "Work
off line!" And this should take care of problems.
If this doesn't work, call the tech number I've put in for you. I called
them for you, this is what they told me. Hey, call them, they are real
nice, spend all the time you need. Very simple program to run. If I can do
it, any one can do it. Ryan, I will always contend this is the best,
simplest fax program around. I need to upgrade my program as well. Need me
any more just email no prob.
