Ryan,
I believe that this means that there is a fax waiting to be sent. Perhaps
it was in there from you had some trouble sending?
By the way, you can choose a couple of different neat cover sheets. I like
stealth myself.
As I said, maybe if you really want the program, call that tech number
once and they can tell you everything you will need to know for the entire
program in about five or a tad more minutes.
Are you going to use the voice messaging system? It works great! Also, if
you'll notice, when you go into the in box, you can view on your screen a
fax I believe by highlighting that particular doc in the list of incoming
voice and fax messages. They are all lumped together and are differentiated
by a (v) and a (f) which tells you what type of message it is. I think if
you highlight the (v) it begins speaking, real cool! It also has different
messages you can leave as an answering machine. It will also print out an
incoming fax as it comes in.
If you have any more questions, ask away, but iI would call once just to
let them give you a short overview.
