thanks Scott I installed according to the regular procedure I have also now
since getting your e-mail went in and checked the work offline option under
file. When I send a fax I get a message that says initializing modem when
that is done I get a message that says that I have one fax in my outbox
waiting. Is this waiting for the fax machine on the other end to pick up the
transmission? Thanks for your help. ryan
