You should be able to delete the toolbar this way.
Get on the place where it says toolbar and do a right mouse click. Then
arrow through the choices. There should be a choice for deleting it or a
checkbox to uncheck, something like that. I know because I've done it on
several clients' system. Just can't quite remember what the exact thing is
to undo. But it's in the context menu, and you knvoke that by doing a right
mouse click on the item. Alternatively, do shift-f10.
