Friends: I am running W95 and JFW 3.2031.
Following the instructions in script tip # 110 I now have the
CopyTextFromScreen script located in my default.jss file. When I hit the
assigned hotkey (alt+ctrl+G) JAWS says: "unknown script called to copy text
from screen." Nothing else happens. What's wrong?
A couple of things I wonder about: 1. Why does the JAWS voice say the
unknown script is called (quote) to copy text from screen (unquote) when the
script name does not have the word to in it? And I have checked this in both
the jss and jsd files.
2. Below is the applicable lines copied from my jsd file. Is the fact that I
may have wrongly called it an application causing me the trouble?
:script CopyTextFromScreen
:Synopsis Copys specified text from screen.
:Description Grabs designated text from screen and writes it to the
clipboard.
