Hello Stan,
Try going into your default script file with Control+Shift+0 and hit
Control+L to bring up the script list.
Type the word "copy" and see if it gets you to that script, or use the
UpArrow and DownArrow to highlight that particular script name and whack
Enter.
Hit Control+D and, when in the script's properties, tab down to Assign to
Hotkey..." field and press your hotkey again. It should tell you that it is
already assigned, so hit Tab and whack Enter on Ok.
Whack Enter on Ok again, and when back in the script editor, whack Control+S
for good measure.
Unload and reload JFW from memory and see if the assignment took this time.
