Hello Eve,
You might try converting the document to a text file by pressing alt+f,
arrowing down to export to text, and hitting enter. at this point you will
be asked to type in a file name, so type in the path of a folder along with
a file name such as c:\MyDocuments\filename.txt. You then should be able to
read this file with a word processing program such as Word Perfect, MS
Word, WordPad. Hope this helps.
