Hi Dale,
If a person wants to be contacted and fails to include an e-mail address,
the easiest way I know of to do so is to hit Control F (in O E 4) to forward
the message. In the body of the message you can find the e-mail address of
the sender. You can then close the message with Alt F4 and not save the
changes. I agree though that if people desire or do not mind personal
e-mail contact they should try to remember to include their e-mail address.
