The best way I found to get a e mail adress is to :
1 hold the alt key and hit the  # 1 key on the keyboard.*
2 bring over the jaws cursor
3 hit the left mouse button the star on the mum pad
4 arrow down to add to address book and hit enter
5 tab until you hear e mail address
6 copy it and paste into the send to field.
This works for Outlook express.
