RE: Problems with JFW 3.31.33 with IE5

This problem of not being able to get to the address bar is
particularly bothersome.  Also, insert+a only speaks the address and
in most cases this is a fairly insufficient means of accessing it.

In order to get to the address bar one must apparently turn off the
virtual PcCursor.

Was this a planned feature?
