You can use ControlTab or AltD to get to the address bar. In Outlook
Express, it's nice to be able to let the scrolling work automatically, as it
did not do in 33122. You can also easily click on links in the message,
instead of having to manually turn forms mode on and having to tab around
again as in 33122. There has, I think, been an improvement in functionality
with OE over what it was in 33122, but there remain a few things like the
updated screen speaking a deleted message to be sorted out. Perhaps the
loading of messages in the virtual cursor format in OE could, or needs to,
be speeded up.

: If there must be a tradeoff between synchronizing the movements of the
: tab key and virtual cursor, on the one hand, and opening a new address by
: tabbing to the address bar, I would opt easily for the second; in other
: words, keep the structure as it is in 3.31.22.
