I hope HJ will explore correcting this situation.  I use the address bar 
all the time and personally rely on the tab taking me there.  On some web 
sites, I use the address bar to adjust the address such as adding the 
string ?nojava=1 to a shopping site I use ofte1.  I also use tabbing to the 
address bar to grab the URL of a page I'm reading to share with others.

The tab to the address bar is a feature of IE when no access technology is 
loaded.  Please don't disable such features simply because we are using a 
screen reader.

This problem also happens when you have certain toolbars loaded.  I use 
some third-party toolbars that I could tab to in the past that I can no 
longer get to.
