Hi Lou,

Did you purchase a Software Maintenance Agreement SMA from HJ?  This $100 
extra will give you the next 3 upgrades or authorization keys for no 
additional charge.  I had a similar problem with HJ authorizing my software.  
There had apparently been someone with the same last name that somehow got my 
serial number that as you know is printed on your original letter from HJ 
when you purchased jfw.  I called HJ and they quickly solved the problem.
