Hi all. First, thanks for answering my questions. I'll call hj tech support
about the keys as soon as I have a moment to breathe. As for the crashing,
I uninstalled jfw 3.31 this afternoon and things seemed to have stabilized.
previously, I had had both versions installed. Is this a taboo that I
hadn't known about?
Btw, several folks asked why I couldn't just get the key from the old
computer. It was a Pentium 166 which, from what I'm told completely bit the
dust and was removed before I could do anything about it. I'm the only
blind person here and it usually doesn't occur to the folks that what they
do might have ramifications for me. No doubt you've all been there.
