It's not hard to put your key from your desktop back onto the authorization 
disk.  You can do this when you know you'll be changing computers, so you 
don't loose the key on a computer that is being scrapped.  If you need help 
doing this, feel free to ask.  I bet lots of folks on this list know the 
procedure.
