Hi David, Searching for the file was generally the way I created hotkeys until now. I am wondering as to why this would be system specific? I should mention that I am running Windows 98. Does it matter which operating system one is using? Also, I should point out that once you issue the shift-f10 command, do not issue an alt-enter keystroke, or you will bring up the taskbar properties instead of the properties for the application.
