Hi Jim

If, you have omnipage 9 already install on your system then use wordpad or
msword and go into the file menu or "alt+f"; it will more than likely show
up a menu option get text or just text and text settings or get text
settings under it just above the exit option.

the get text option is the one that you press enter on and it should bring
up ominpage and you just place the document on the sanner for it to scan.
