Hello and good morning. This is timothy from Huntsville. I have just
recently acquired the Dec Talk Express and have run into some interesting
things and was wondering if you could help. (Yes it relates to Jfw.) In
using Jfw with Dec Express I have noticed that either in a d document or on
the internet, it stops reading and I have to use my arrow keys to get the
cursor back to where it has stopped to get it to continue. I have to do this
very often. I also have noticed when using it writing email, it loses focus
as well sometimes. I have installed the drivers, but as far as the firmware
upgrade, I apparently am not doing something to get it straightened out.
Could someone help me to get this fixed so I could better utillize it with
Jfw? In using Eloquence and Dec Access 32 at times, it doesn't do this, but
it does it with the Express. Help me clear this up and enlighten me if at ll
possible. Thanks.

P S it seems that when it encounters Stars, or othei weird signs, it goes
ballistic, so if that will help. It either does it in using windows 98 and
also in 95. Tha
