my suggestion and I know that it wouldn't help in the meantime is to
force the app developper to make it possible to use different cursor
types as is done in some other apps such as notes I believe. I know
that when we set up certain main frame apps, they don't work till we
have the right cursor selected. This is access avoidant on the part of
the developper.
I would like to see hj come up with a solution for this, but I don't
think they should have to.
