Well, at least this responce is not as automated assome of the other
responces I have recieved from tech support.  Although the message contains
very sound advise, I find it interesting that they address you as 'user'
when your name is in the from line of the message, and stated clearly in the
message.  If they are using some form of automation to reply and lets say
that they have a script that does this then they should use Denis Browns
script tip that grabs the from line of the message, and prints 'hello' then
the name.
