I agree totally with your comment.
 To receive a e-mail with dear user I feel is quite offensive, may bee I
should write to Dear Tech.
 I understand that they have a lot of e-mails to respond to but I still do
not like it.
I like the suggestion to use Dennis Brown's script to get the senders name.
