Hi Julio,
Yes, oh yes, I to indeed have experienced this annoying problem! I
didn't realize that it only happened with html messages, so thanks for
pointing that out. I have not found a way to stop the problem, and
like you, the only way I can close the dial-up window is to alt tab
back to the offending message and either delete it or close it and
unhighlight it.
