Hi dear list members.
My brother, who is sighted, and I use the same computer at home. He uses
many programs that I don't need and he wishes to use different screen
resolutions. We tried to set profiles. But JAWS seems not to be happy with
that. Right after windows loads up, both the keyboard and the mouse are
totally disabled. Only a hard reset would get things back to normal. After
we removed the profiles, the problem of the keyboard and the mouse freezing
up is gone, which gives us to believe that the problem has to do with some
kind of conflict between JAWS and profiles.
Please, help out because I don't want my desktop cluttered with things that
I never use.
