Sarah, reinstall the program and after it starts, you have to use the jaws
cursor to find the button to press to start the software. And btw, you should
never just delete somethng from you computer without first looking for an
uninstall item in the folder where a software package is installed in or for
the item in the add/remove programs on the control panel. I can't remember the
button to click on, but it isn't the register button or the exit button, but
the other one that is there.
