Good morning, Sarah. I don't know about any free services but Zoom has
several modems that have a channel 2 feature which is designed for just this
purpose. This feature works in conjunction with your call wait to alert you
when a call comes in and gives you several options including automaticly
disconnecting or answering individual calls or you can even set it to ignore
the alert if you want to. They have this feature on several models and if
you want further info go to http://www.zoomtel.com. Zoom can also be
reached at 1-800-666-6191. Let me know if I can assist you further. There
are some other software solutions to this problem but I don't know alot
about them. Take care! Brian Zolo
