Yeah,  same thing happened to me.  Try using an older version of JAWS, like
3.3026 when in word.  You should also write to hj about this.  Let them know
what is going on.  I rote to them a while ago and I got no.  I guess they
are to rapt up in the fact that 3.3135 is the "most powerful  screen reader
in the world".  Yeah! right!  Any way, good luck!
