You might try using <InsertF9 to tell you the frames and choose the body
Frame.  It may also depend on what version of IE (or NetScape) you are
using.  With IE4.01, you'll need to do a lot of routing JAWS to PC.  (You
may need to route JAWS to PC on a desired link as soon as it is highlighted
on the page.)  They certainly did not go out of their way to make it
textually friendly!  I use JFW3.31.35 and IE5.  It's doable, but you have to
hop through hoops.
