Dear All The irony of the context is the respective community has not been provide3d with a blue print of the proposal of power plan to take a dewcision whether they would like to participate on it or to reject. It is always the out side people who decids on behalf of tribal community. I urge; in democracy let the community know about the proposal; its demerits and advantages if any and let them take a decision. There are NGOs also on behalf of the community taking decisions supported by external fundings to stop projects; which is also not ethical.
I understand; tribal community also has enough leadership and knowledge to participate in decision making; but why it is often external people comes up with external solutions? regards Murari M Choughury
