Dear Mnoj Padhi, The tribals are becoming naxalites, "off late", probably because of exploitation in tribal belts has increased with small time merchants, landlords and politicians are exploiting them. If the tribals start getting proper payments for their prdoduce (without being cheated on weighments and payments) then their livelihoods are better off. If they can get a bit of genuine support from governments they their lives will be wonderful.
I don't know much about J & K to comment. I am pretty sure that if tribals are genuinly supported they can positively contribute much more than you and I to the society and quality of our life. Best Regards, L V Prasad
