In India, we have softer punishment and torture system for such Naxlites and Terrorists.
Weaker police and human right activists are compounding the issues. We need some Home minister, who can authorize and inflict severe torture (like water boarding/simulated drowning) pains on such criminals so as to set an example of deterrent. Also, we need to redefine the life imprisonment of 14 years to actual 'life' of the criminal, while daily inflicting 'torture pain'. The goal of such inhuman punishment is a 'living hell'. Such criminals deserve place in hell as per our religious scriptures and non of us sure whether they will go to hell or escape again. So we need to simulate a living hell, which US President George W. Bush and Dick Cheney did at Guantanamo Bay, US Naval base in Cuba. Not only that, they even secretly transferred such non-state terrorists to foreign countries in order to escape from soft US civilized law. In India, there is no deterrent at all. The Salwa Judam and KPS Gill are such deterrents and fairly successful. Because of Salwa Judam, few Naxlites forced to migrate to Orissa, where our incompetant police and Home minister are indirectly helping their moment. Shri L.K.Advani is the right man.
