I agree with you venkat. It is foolhardy to believe that all pakistanis are behind this attack. THere has recently been a book by a pakistani author called" the reluctant fundamentalist" this had been shortlisted this year for the Booker Prize that was bagged by Arvind Adiga. the naame of the book itself speaks of the truth of the pakistani attitudes as a whole. Senthil When our country is attacked, the first natural reaction would be to find who is attacking, and the retaliate back.. But unfortunately, the intellegentsia and the media had been involved in finding excuses, raising irrelevant passions thus confusing the ordinary people.. First of all, we have to understand, that the pakistan today, that we face is the pakistan army and not the pakistani people.. Secondly, what is the use of empty wishing and hope, when the enemy is very clear.. ie the pakistan army.. Thirdly, india gives lot of freedom of expression to its people.. But, is it appropriate, to use that freedom, to dent our self-respect, self-dignity.. Even a meek goat resists when attacked by its enemy.. The world today respects only those braves who uphold their dignity, and NOT the cowards .. As per true hindu tradition, the whole world is our brothers and sisters.. but that doesnt mean, that we should NOT do anything, when one of our brother attacked.. Regards, Senthil
