Sirs, The fact of the matter is that whereas "Hindi Chinee Bhai Bhai" was a slogan, which was coined to reflect our good neighbourly relations with China. It is a different matter that China had a different agenda and they betrayed "Chacha Nehru" or for that matter Bharat.
Pakistanis, like it or not, are in fact our brothers who changed their religion and are now at loggerhead with us. We gave them a separate Muslim majority state and they have tried to become a separate nation. We live as neighbours but with total trust deficit. For all practical purpose they are a failed or failing state whereas we are visibly progressing and they do not like it. Nothing stops us from stopping our impotence.from showing. All we need is to administer on us some kind of drug but to retaliate or not and the timing of it remains a national.or to some extent an international decision. DT
