Ah, stop crying.  First of all, if you look through the archive, most
questions are absolutely answered, by either Dennis or anyone on the
list who has the time.  Dennis usually answers in spurs, as he's
extremely busy, as most of us are.  Most of the questions can be
answered by simply reading the pretty good documentation available.

XML Validation, read this...
http://jibx.sourceforge.net/performance.html.  JiBX has limited
validation support, mostly based on the structure mappings that you
define.  Sorry I didn't read your question, if you are refering to
something else...

I think Dennis is just really busy, though 2.0 is behind.  2.0 is a
complete rewrite, architecture and code wise, though it takes free
time, which unfortunatelly most of us working on open source projects
just can't predict.
