Thanks for the suggestion, It looks like our Org is blocking public github 
access from CLI for security reasons. I will try to get an exception, however 
it will be great if we could manually download the dependencies like jemalloc  
and put it somewhere so the installation can use it from there rather than 
trying to download from github.
