Review Comment:
Cluster.bootstrap(...) uses InetSocketAddress.getHostString(), so the
resulting Nodes keep the original hostname. On rebootstrap,
metadata.rebootstrap() → metadata.bootstrap(cached addresses) →
Cluster.bootstrap(...) → Nodes with hostnames. Any subsequent connection
attempt goes through ClusterConnectionStates which performs a synchronous DNS
resolution, so DNS changes ARE picked up.

Review Comment:
Good — went with atLeast(1L) in all four configs
(Producer/Consumer/Admin/DistributedConfig). Since we now kick off DNS
resolution eagerly in the constructor and only create the timer on the first
poll, timeout=1 naturally gives one poll cycle before the timer can expire
