hi mike

the jmeter 1.9 release is in the unmirrored directories. the jmeter 1.8 release already exists in the mirrored directories (under www.apache.org/dist/jakarta) but the jakarta site documents point (by a redirect, i think) to the unmirrored directory.

moving all current jakarta releases onto the mirrors is important since the ASF pays for bandwidth as well as downloads being quicker from a mirror. if you've got this in hand then cool. if you need a hand, i'll volunteer to copy and sign the 1.9 release and update the jakarta site.

The voting, while far from complete, was unanimous, and JMeter 1.9 is
released. The links from jmeter's home pages (jakarta.apache.org/jmeter)
have been updated to reflect this. Enjoy!

Now, let the development fun begin.

I'll make a source release in the next few days as well and put it up.
