All commands in square brackets worked, although [atom info] and [bond
info] took quite a while until completion for the default set 'visible'.
yeah, that will take some time.
Most of the checkboxes also worked, except for 'script echo',
'scriptMessage' and 'viewerRefreshed'. The browser freezed with all of
them as soon as I started a script from the list, e.g. 'load
alt/5BIR.cif;color altloc;'.
I should probably take that viewerRefreshed out of there. It was a dumb
idea.
Try that please with just scriptEcho or scriptMessage
I have a feeling it's that 100ms setTimeout() that's causing this problem.
