Do you get the error with a simpler example like this?

> My LocalSettings.php just has the
> require_once("$IP/extensions/Jmol/Jmol.php");
I'm not sure about the $IP bit, you may know better. My test wiki has
only "extensions/Jmol/Jmol.php"
