When I clicked "view all frames" both the ligand and the protein are seen in
the viewer. I am not able to see where the ligand is as both the protein and
the ligand are in stick and balls.
*1. Is there any possibility of viewing one frame as 'sticks and balls' and
the other frame as 'wireframe'?
2. Can change is colours be made for the ligand alone?*
regards,
Sam

All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a
definitive record of customers, application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. Business sense. IT sense. Common sense.
