Using multiple JmolApplets in the same page, yes. Opening more than one molecular model file in the same instance of the JmolApplet is not possible. > If not, would it be hard to implement ? The underlying Jmol architecture was designed to support this. However, I believe that the issue is much more complicated than most people realize. Loading more than one molecule is easy. Allowing people to positing them and rotate them independently is very complicated. I would be interested in hearing about your ideas/needs.
