I can offer some support for this. What we'll do is setup a Wiki page where people can register as CML/1.1JVM user, and which will give some information on setting things up... And see where this gets us... Just to restate it: CML *does* work on MSFT JVM, but does require gnujaxp.jar (or actually gnujaxp-saxonly which is only 70kB, not 230kB!)... but I need to fix detection of J1.4 JAXP first, which currently crashes with MSFT JVM with some uncaught exceptions... there is a known fix for this, which was used in previously Jmol releases but apparently did not make v10 yet...
