I don't think we should accept the idea that chemical is a "dirty" word. It is widely understood and appropriate.I dont't think this discussion should be about how clean chemistry is but the more appropriate way to describe what Jmol does and how it can be used.
How about "Jmol - an open-source Java viewer for three-dimensional chemical and biological structures" ?
A hand, a wing, a hair... they are all biological structures. Again, I think this discussion shouldn't be about chemistry vs biology.
