I don't think we should accept the idea that chemical is a "dirty" word. It is widely understood and appropriate.
I dont't think this discussion should be about how clean chemistry is but the more appropriate way to describe what Jmol does and how it can be used.

How about "Jmol - an open-source Java viewer for three-dimensional
chemical and biological structures" ?
A hand, a wing, a hair... they are all biological structures.
Again, I think this discussion shouldn't be about chemistry vs biology.
