The first one (I didn't try the second one yet) is almost synchronized in Firefox 1.5.0.12 and IE 7.0.5730.11 on WinXP. The slave applet is always one step behind the master applet. This is very obvious after zoom changes with the mouse scroll wheel. It is less obvious with rotations because of the very small difference, but the difference is still there. It looks as if both applets have loaded the same file, but the cartoon representations look differently. The structure in the right applet shows 3 yellow arrows while the structure in the left shows only 2. Is this intentional?
