Strangely enough I didn't manage to start the Java console. I followed the instructions here: http://www.java.com/en/download/help/5000021200.xml but no console started. Has anyone experience with this? Maybe I need to make sure java quits and then restarts.
At my second try watermo didn't crash anymore, but t2 did. It could be a local problem. It would be nice if anyone else can get results with java under firefox under linux. Just use the open jmol link and start increasing the size of the screen like a madman :) In the mean time let's assume it's not a general problem.
